Every piece we ship — from a single candle to a custom-sourced sofa — is handled with the same care we bring to a full room. Here is exactly what happens after you order, and how we make it right if something goes wrong.
Shipping & delivery
How your order reaches you
Smaller accessories, textiles, and candles ship directly from our studio via a national carrier. You'll receive a confirmation when your order is placed and a separate notice with tracking as soon as it ships.
Furniture and larger pieces are delivered through our white-glove freight partner, who will contact you directly to schedule an appointment. White-glove service includes room-of-choice placement and removal of packaging materials.
Inspection & damage
Please inspect your delivery
At the time of delivery, please inspect your piece before signing for it. Note any visible damage directly on the delivery paperwork — this protects your ability to have it corrected quickly.
If damage is discovered after the delivery team has left (concealed damage), contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and a few photos, and we'll coordinate repair, replacement, or another resolution on your behalf.
Returns & exchanges
What can — and can't — come back
Special-order and custom-sourced furniture is final sale. These pieces are ordered specifically for you once your order is placed, so they can't be returned or exchanged. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, see “Inspection & damage” above — we'll make it right.
In-stock accessories, textiles, and candles may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. Reach out to [email protected] with your order number to start a return.
